The mission of the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum is to create responsible caretakers of our environment. Through quality educational programs for the public that focus on the unique ecology of the Hudson Valley, the Museum promotes knowledge and appreciation of our natural world and the dynamic role of human interaction in its well-being.

Eligibility Requirements for $1000 Freshman Year Scholarship

To be considered for the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum Scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A graduating senior from Cornwall Central High School;
• Accepted at a two-year or four-year college or university; and
• Demonstrated interest in caring for the environment and a commitment to environmental engagement in college and future pursuits.
