How to Book a Field Trip or Program

Step 1 - If you haven’t already, click on field trip and program titles for details and pricing on the School Programs page. 

Step 2 - Choose a program.  Select a preferred date and an alternate date.

Field Trips are offered any time between 9am and 1pm Monday-Friday- depending on availability and school holidays. Programs in your classroom can be arranged at any time that is convenient for your schedule.

Step 3 - Decide whether you would like to add time in to use a picnic area* and/or the **gift shop at no additional charge. You may also reserve the use of Grasshopper Grove, the Museum's Nature Play space for an additional $50 per hour, per class.  Please be sure to let us know if you will be adding any of these options when booking your program.

*The Wildlife Education Center can only accommodate approximately 50 students in its picnic area depending on size of students. (6 large picnic tables)

**There is only a gift shop at the Wildlife Education Center

Step 4- Fill out the form below. A Staff Member will follow up with you. 

We will then send your program invoice and directions to the location of your program (Outdoor Discovery Center-ODC or Wildlife Education Center -WEC). Please make sure your bus driver receives the directions and knows at which location to drop off attendees.

Step 5 – When you receive your invoice, you must sign and return it with your payment.  Payments are due 10 days before your program date.
